At NPTTC, the allocated funds are utilized under the close supervision of the Purchase Committee to ensure transparency and efficiency. In addition, the University provides a monthly laboratory contingency grant for the proper maintenance and smooth functioning of various laboratories. The college undertakes several activities to keep the infrastructure and equipment in excellent condition, such as regular servicing and calibration of instruments, repair and replacement of outdated or damaged equipment, upgradation of facilities as per academic requirements, provision of consumable materials for experiments, and routine cleanliness and safety checks. These efforts ensure that students are provided with a modern, safe, and effective learning environment for practical training.
1 : Outsourcing is done for maintenance and repairing of IT infrastructure, electrification, furniture and plumbing.
Maintenance of reading room and stock verification of library books is done by the library staff.
